Following May's blog roll, here are ten more blogs that provide me with my daily dose of inspiration

1. Gal Meets Glam - This is without a doubt, my favourite blog at the moment. I can't believe it's taken me this long to discover it! I am obsessed with Julia Engels' polished feminine style, and I'm never more envious than when I'm perusing her recent travel photos; not only are her outfits effervescently chic, the backdrops to her photos are some of the world's most stunning destinations - French chateaus, the Eiffel Tower and terraces at Italian villas, just to name a few recent examples.

2. Man Repeller - Okay, I'm a little biased with this one because I've written for this particular blog, but doesn’t that just provide even more proof of my love for it? Man Repeller (read the site's definition of this term for a good giggle) offers insights into fashion, popular culture, travel, trends and wellness, with an edgy, humourous twist.

3.The Art of Manliness - More often than not, reading magazines reveals obvious differences between publications geared towards women, and those pitched to men. Women's magazines tend to talk about beauty, fashion, self-care, health, relationships, the home, and shopping, while men's magazines tend to focus on cars, sports and scantily clad women. This division of subject matter represents a dramatic divide when it comes to gender roles: women are assumed to be focused on the intricacies of relationships and the domestic details of the home. Furthermore, women’s interest in beauty, self-care and fashion is reinforced, as society has women believe that much, if not all of their value, lies in their physical appearance. I suppose that's why I love The Art of Manliness; it rejects the idea that a blog for men must revolve around subjects traditionally deemed masculine by the media, and features stories on male friendship, better ways to shave one's neck, organizational advice, exercise tips, cooking ideas, articles on student loans, and even a sensitive, tactfully written piece entitled, "How to Initiate Contact with a Woman via Text: The Dos and Don'ts of Crafting a Charming and Effective First Message".

4. The Londoner - Another fashion/travel/lifestyle blog that makes me drool. Author, Rosie Thomas’ style is simple, elegant and timeless, and her photos always make me want to live in London. She also posts a ton of great recipes, and snapshots from her travels, both near and far.

5. The Torontonian - A unique, Toronto-based blog that celebrates life here in this fast-paced Canadian city. It’s got tons of updates on what’s new and undeniably fabulous in town, and is written in a low-key, casual tone.

6. Hello Fashion - Christine Andrew’s style is beautifully distinct. I don't think there's anyone who can nail an 'evening out, having drinks with the girls' look better than she does, with her enviable collection of stilettos, distressed denim, blouses and unique dresses. I'm also a sucker for photos she posts of her and her adorable son, Beckam, who looks just as stylin' as his mama. Oh and her impeccably dressed husband, Cody Weston Andrew? I will only say this: Christine, you are one lucky gal.

7. The TIG - Every woman who's seen the TV series, Suits, has, at one point or another, aspired to be some version of Meghan Markle's character, Rachel Zane. In real life, Markle makes it easy for you to emulate her elegant style with posts on her blog, the TIG. The TIG's content is really high quality, and there's always something new and different on the site, whether it's a behind-the-scenes travel guide to an unexpected destination, a more personal post on life in general, or an insightful interview with another celebrity.

8.The Coveteur - I started reading The Coveteur a few years ago, and of course, fell in love with the endearingly blunt tone of the authors' prose, and the meticulously styled vignettes in their photos. I’m embarrassed to say, though, that I sort of forgot about this blog for a little while. I returned to it recently and scolded myself for creating distance between me and this beacon of fashion inspiration. Now I'm back to scrolling The Coveteur daily.

9. A Pair and a Spare - Like Gal Meets Glam, this is another blog I should have known about sooner - it's got everything I love: fashion, travel, an emphasis on doing what you love in life, and its simple aesthetic is nothing short of gorgeous.

10. The Voyageur - This blog's subtitle is "An Invitation to Travel", and let me tell you, it really is one. I love this blog's variety of posts on a broad range of locations, as well as its subtle emphasis on destinations' architectural personalities. I always check out this blog for some itinerary inspiration, while planning trips abroad.
